The aim of our service is to help take some of the hassle out of traveling with young children, by providing a high quality service which rents children's equipment primarily to people visiting from out of town. Note: Deposit of $ 100.00 (cash) required for all rental items or $100.00 plus 3% service charge if paid by credit card.

1. PARENT/GUARDIAN/RENTER
Health & Safety Store is not responsible for the installation of Child Restraint Seats in vehicles. Parents and guardians are responsible to ensure the proper use, and installation of seats in vehicles in accordance with the Child Restraint Seat Installation Instructions provided. 

2. RETURNING RENTAL ITEM.
Are to be returned on the return date as stated on the Rental Agreement or sooner. A 24 hours notice of a late return is requested so as not to incur additional daily charges of
$5.00 per day.
